We come out and look
In trading hours the call out costs you nothing. We go through the property and find where they are coming from, then give you the price. That price is agreed before any work starts and it does not move afterwards.
- 03
We treat, and you know what we used
You are told what was applied, where it went, and how long to keep children and animals off the treated areas. If the job needs a follow up visit, it is booked before we leave.

Commercial work is a different job to a house. It runs to a schedule, the treatment has to fit around production and staff, and one unit treated in a block of units does not hold. We quote the building, not the call out.
